The property has a lot of room for opportunity with maintenance requests and understanding resident situations but, it is a good place to live for someone trying to get back on their feet and looking for a community with like minded residents.

Not Worth the Pricesubmitted by Audra D. - |Recommended: NoI like the location. Maintenance requests are handled timely and efficiently. Staff are friendly and courteous. Building, apartment, size, amenities, grounds-keeping, mail-room, are all substandard and not up to neighboring apartment complexes.

Parking and Noise level concernssubmitted by Paloma O. - |Recommended: YesOther than not being able to find parking near your apartment and the constant noise level from the outside and slamming of the doors to the building its not a bad place. No issues with apartment itself, thank god but I did have an issue with my mailbox when I first moved in and that was fixed ASAP.

Please do not live here - Believe all negative reviews.submitted by Natalia M. - |Recommended: NoMy experience with Pembrooke has been a nightmare since the day I moved in. I had awful encounters with the staff who hung up on me multiple times and upper management doesn't seem to care at all. Many of my calls and emails went unanswered only to later find out everyone working on my file had been fired. On day one we saw ROACHES in the bathroom, kitchen and walls all throughout the house. Just last night my spouse watched a special on THE NEWS about Pembrooke and RATS. Big massive rats that are all over the parking lot. The maintenance does a horrible job cleaning up. The hallways always have trash and food just laying around out in the open. The neighbors are loud at all hours of the night, it feels like living in the projects. I live in an upgraded unit and I am embarrassed that I spend over 1000 to live in this trashy apartment. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY - this place will be shut down soon.

A dreadful placesubmitted by Gregory B. - |Recommended: NoParking lot has massive holes and costs money. Trash pickup at the shopping center nearby at 5am. And your rent will magically jump at the last month, for reasons unknown. Try to update your renters insurance There's a fee for that. Cockroaches were a massive problem and still are. Laundry machines don't accept cash.

Hands down my least favorite place I’ve ever lived.submitted by Max L. - |Recommended: NoMy first recommendation would be to not live here at all. The property itself is relatively nice but the management has been incompetent and the maintenance team needs to be fired. I moved in to my apartment in May 2018 and within 2 days of living there, one of my cabinets broke and I found out that my sink was leaking. When the maintenace people finally showed up, they absolutely botched the repairs. My cabinet is barely functional and I would not consider it “fixed” by any means. My sink was also installed completely crooked but even after putting in 4 work orders to have it repaired, I have never spoken to or see anyone in regards to the work orders and my sink has now been crooked for 10 months straight. Additionally, the rat problem is disgusting and even though they say they’re doing something about it, they’re not. The management also decided to move their front office into the area where the gym was supposed to be built so I’ve also been without a workout facility for 10 months. But hey, as long as it works for them right At the end of the day, I don’t think they have my best interest in mind and if I was you, I’d live somewhere else.
